These Terms govern your browsing and use of this website only. They are not a client agreement. Any professional engagement with Ottava requires a separate, signed Client Agreement.

Ottava provides educational research and quantitative modelling. We are not FCA-authorised and do not provide personal recommendations, arrange transactions, or manage investments.

All content on this site is for general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or other advice; not a personal recommendation to buy/sell/hold any instrument; and not an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity. Do not rely on website content to make investment decisions. Seek independent professional advice.
3. No client relationship from browsing
Accessing or using this site does not create an adviser, manager, fiduciary, or client relationship. We do not onboard clients through this website.

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the site is error-free, complete, or current. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or third-party outages. We may change or remove content without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes a financial promotion within the meaning of UK law, nor any personal recommendation. Content is educational and non-advised. Do not rely on it to buy, sell, or hold investments.

We may assign, transfer, or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
18. Third-party rights
No person other than Ottava and you has any rights under these Terms (Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply).
19. Severability & no waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. A failure or delay to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
20. Entire agreement (website use)
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website only. They do not govern any professional engagement, which requires a separate signed Client Agreement.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
