This notice explains how Ottava Holdings Ltd (“Ottava”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data associated with ottavaholdings.com and general corporate correspondence. Ottava is a private investment holding company deploying its own capital.

2. Website visits
The website has no contact form, account area, analytics, advertising technology or marketing pixels. Ottava does not use the site to profile visitors.
Website delivery
The site is hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered through Amazon CloudFront. Those services process routine request data needed to deliver and secure the site, which can include an IP address, user-agent, requested path, time and technical response details. Ottava uses any available delivery records only for security, reliability and abuse investigation.
3. Email correspondence
If you email Ottava, we process the contact details, message and any other information you choose to provide so that we can respond, keep an appropriate corporate record and take steps connected with your enquiry. The lawful bases are Ottava's legitimate interests, steps at your request before a contract and performance of a contract, as applicable.
Corporate email is handled through Google Workspace. Please do not send passwords, account credentials or confidential information in an initial message.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Ottava does not sell personal data. Amazon Web Services and Google process limited data as service providers or independent controllers for their relevant services. Information may also be shared where required by law or with professional advisers who are subject to appropriate duties of confidentiality.
Some providers process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, Ottava relies on the provider's applicable adequacy mechanism, approved contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
5. Retention
Routine website-delivery information is kept in accordance with the relevant provider configuration and only for as long as needed for security and reliability. Corporate email is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, relationship, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or securely archived.
6. Your rights
